Having trained and worked alongside some of the world’s leading fitness experts in London, Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Bali and Australia, Renée weaves global knowledge with her intuitive teaching style to create classes that are both dynamic and deeply grounding.
With decades of experience across multiple disciplines, Renée welcomes both committed fitness enthusiasts and those just beginning their movement journey. Her teaching blends precision with care, focusing on building strength, enhancing flexibility, and cultivating a deep awareness of the body.

My journey in exercise and movement began early, with junior elite sports training in 1993, this laid the foundation for a lifelong passion not only for being healthy, but also inspiring others. Since stepping into the professional world in 2004, I have devoted over 20 years—and thousands of teaching hours—to guiding others and cultivating an intuitive understanding of how the body moves. I feel this depth of experience shining through in every session, where knowledge and empathy meet to create a truly transformative practice.
At the core of my expertise lies a long-standing relationship with Pilates, a discipline I have studied and refined since 1998. This foundation flows seamlessly into my broader movement repertoire, in which I weave together my teaching experience in strength training, yoga, dance, barre, and meditation. This breadth of experience allows my classes to feel both expansive and grounded—drawing on my wide skill set while always anchored in the timeless principles of Pilates.
In 2013, I joined the Australian Educator team with Polestar Pilates, a global leader in Pilates education. In this role, I have discovered one of my greatest passions—mentoring and empowering the next generation of teachers by sharing my knowledge, precision, and love for Pilates education.
As a dedicated movement facilitator, I aim to bring precision, intention, and genuine care to every session. I love to support clients in discovering their strength, resilience and a deeper connection to the way their bodies are designed to move and thrive.
A legacy of

I am constantly inspired to learn. Education has been my constant staple throughout my career. In my spare time (!) I am now delving deeper into biomechanics and exercise physiology with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. This will add to a Bachelor of Commerce, Diploma of Pilates, a Certificate IV Master Personal Trainer, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation Teacher Trainings and various Human Movement studies and specialised trainings in TRX, Power Plate, Boxing and Xtend Barre. Most recently, in 2023, I added Kids Yoga Teacher Training to this constantly evolving repertoire, now sharing my passion for movement with all ages and stages of life.
